Meena Babin is the Designated Paralegal of Jiwa Law Corporation. Meena has been working in the area of Family Law for the past 30 years. Meena has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family litigation support including client communications, file management, preparation of pleadings, court applications, trial preparation, preparing complex financial statements, and documentation necessary to commence, facilitate and finalize a divorce. Her responsibilities also include drafting complicated separation, cohabitation and marriage agreements.
Meena is an integral part of the Jiwa Law Corporation Family Law Team as she is involved in a client’s file from start to finish and maintains a knowledge of each file which allows her to communicate actively with clients.
Meena’s compassionate nature and understanding of the issues surrounding family law matters makes clients feel at ease and she ensures that they are well taken care of.
